Radical Spark Coaching emerged from a profound convergence of life-altering moments, a testament to the power of transformation and personal discovery. It all began with a surprise positive pregnancy test at 4 a.m. in a Seattle hotel room on the very morning the coaching training program was set to commence. The juxtaposition of these two major life changes lit a blazing fire within, propelling me to craft a new life for both myself and my growing family.

Crafting my life purpose statement during the coaching program marked a pivotal moment of self-discovery, unveiling that my ultimate joy resides in kindling a spark for possibilities in others. Empowered by this profound purpose, I committed to an intensive journey to swiftly complete my coaching program. This involved monthly trips to Canada, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of coaching. Simultaneously, I undertook the challenge of crafting a brand and business model aligned with my passion and strengths. The culmination of this endeavor was the demanding International Coaching Federation accreditation test, a testament to my dedication to excellence—all achieved within the time frame of nurturing the little miracle growing within my belly. It became a harmonious whirlwind, embracing both chaos and beauty, symbolizing the transformative power of purpose.

The birth of Radical Spark Coaching was intrinsically intertwined with the arrival of our little Luca. Their name, meaning "light" in Italian, was a profoundly fitting choice. Luca became my own radical spark, illuminating a new realm of possibilities.

As Radical Spark Coaching continued to expand and flourish, it became evident that our focus on working with women, leaders of color, and working parents was integral to our success. Being a member of all three categories myself, I'm resolute in my belief that the support of a coach during my own career progression would have been immensely beneficial.

Hence, my mission is to create a nurturing haven for leaders, providing a space for growth and learning free from the constraints of limiting narratives. This journey is rooted in personal experience and driven by an unwavering commitment to guide others on their path to empowerment and boundless possibilities.
